WALT:Use the Dictionary to find the definition of our spelling words

Collision-An instance of one moving object or person striking violently against another.
Intergalactic-Of, relating to, or situated between two or more galaxies.
Molecules- The smallest particle of a substance that retains the chemical and physical properties of the substance and is composed of two or more atoms; a group of like or different atoms held together by chemical forces.
Navigation-The process or activity of accurately ascertaining one's position and planning and following a route.
Hemisphere- Either the northern or southern half of the earth as divided by the equator or the eastern or western half as divided by a meridian.
Neptune-The god of water and of the sea.
Jupiter-The chief god of the Roman state religion, originally a sky god associated with thunder and lightning. His wife was Juno.
Waning-(of the moon) Have a progressively smaller part of its visible surface illuminated, so that it appears to decrease in size.
Waxing-Cover or treat (something) with wax or a similar substance, typically to polish or protect it.
Research-The systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
